UPDATE: It’s getting worse. Kerry’s legal team is threatening action against anyone that runs the ad, and the originators have responded with some legal counters of their own. Apparently, it’s not against the law to make damaging allegations against someone if they’re actually supported by the preponderance of evidence. Go figure.
