Now that I have your attention: If you’re referring to the Bush tax cut, no, in fact this one doesn’t… and generally, they don’t.

Jonathan over at Blogs for Bush has the skinny. It’s clearly laid out and easy enough for a Democratic Presidential/Vice Presidential candidate to understand. I suppose they’re listening to the handlers and not common sense, though.
