Sure, John Kerry is into all sorts of manly sports – like windsurfing , for example – but obviously he doesn’t know a thing about football.

Seriously.

Via Sean Hackbarth, this note from Steve Chaggaris of CBS News as Kerry visited Green Bay today:

As he was taking questions from the audience, he referred to the legendary Packers stadium, Lambeau Field (which has been called that for 39 years) as “Lambert Field.”

If the voters catch wind of that gaffe, it could take Kerry another three visits to Green Bay to make up for it.

Only three visits? Invite us to a Packer game at Lambeau on each visit. That’s about the only sure-fire way to get us to consider forgiving you.
